Initial Teacher Preparation Program
The Department of Education faculty is proud to report that the Initial Teacher Preparation Program (PPM) at Universidad Ana G, Mendez: Carolina, is accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparator (CAEP).
Our commitment as a provider (EPP) is to prepare and develop teacher candidates; professional, thoughtful, skillful, innovative and effective. For these purposes, we have identified the quality control measures (QAS) that are taken at various points in the training of the teacher candidate. This allows us to intervene in time, identify areas of opportunity and maintain good practices. This control also makes it easier for us to make evidence-based decisions that improve the process and the quality of the program and, consequently, that of the candidate.
